Privacy notice

Last updated: August 20, 2026

This notice describes the limited information handled when you submit an inquiry or email the public contact address on tmeade.com.

Information handled

The inquiry form asks for a first name, last name, email address, phone number, an optional organization, the closest type of help, who would use or own the result, and a description of a useful outcome.

An email may include the sender address, delivery and header information, subject, message, attachments, and anything else the sender chooses to include.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes a security token. A keyed hash of the source IP address may be used to protect the inquiry channel; the raw IP address is not retained in the inquiry record.

Do not include passwords or confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information.

How information is used

Form and email information may be used to review and respond to the inquiry or request, protect the contact channels, and document decisions if the inquiry becomes a client relationship.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides site infrastructure and Turnstile security checks. Cloudflare handles information under its privacy policy and website terms.

Email sent to the public contact address is routed to a practice mailbox. The routing and mailbox providers process delivery information and message contents to deliver and store the email.

Retention

Retention depends on the inquiry, any resulting engagement, security needs, and applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations.

Contact and privacy requests

Use the inquiry form when it is available, or email contact@tmeade.com.

For a question, correction, or deletion request, explain the record and requested action without adding sensitive information. Identity or authority may need to be verified, and a request may be limited by security, contractual, recordkeeping, or legal obligations.
